After a successful first edition, Timiss Festival takes over Zinnema once again.

Through an open stage, dance workshops or even a battle, you are invited to bring out your inner artist! All the while, Timiss Festival brings you on a journey to discover the depth of talent that Brussels possesses, through dance performances and exhibitions (photography, comics and painting), among other things !

On 24 June, Timiss takes up the challenge, once again, of bringing together young talents, giving them a space for experimentation and development. But the power of the festival really lies in the encounters and exchanges that it fosters between artists and public.

Organized by Timiss. Mouss Sarr (1000 Pieces Puzzle); Youness Ait El Caïdi (1000 Pieces Puzzle); Lucas Guicheteau (Juste Debout School).

Mouss Sarr, founder and artistic leader of Timiss, has been a loyal artist-in-residence in Zinnema since 2015. Through the 1000 Pieces Puzzle program, a bootcamp in which choreographers are prepared for the professional world, he started to develop his own vision. That soon resulted in Timiss: a platform where he seeks to give artists from different disciplines within the hip hop scene more breathing room.
His loyal companions, Lucas and Youness, assist him in this. Dancer and comedian Youness participated together with Mouss in the 1000 Pieces Puzzle program and soon after also joined Timiss. Dancer Lucas trained at the Juste Debout School in Paris and makes every dance genre his own. He has recently become a member of Timiss and helps with the continuation and expansion of the festival.
