Art in the city : a very trendy canal

Art in the city : a very trendy canal

The Brussels Canal was once an industrial link between the factories to the south of Brussels and the Port of Antwerp to the north. This area, which was long neglected, is now enjoying a new lease of life thanks to a mix of social classes, a young population, once disused sites that have been given a makeover and trendy bistros all around. This district is bursting with creativity, from digital arts to theatres and exhibitions. Truly invigorating!
