How does it work?

    • With your Brussels Card Discovery, you can visit 3 museums of your choice from the list of participating museums. You have 3 months to visit these museums from the first validation of your card (i.e. the first time your card is scanned in a museum). Present your Brussels Card Discovery to the person at the museum reception who will scan the unique QR code of your Brussels Card Discovery.
    • You can activate your Brussels Card at the latest one month after the date of purchase.
    • You can make your 3 visits at any time you wish. They do not have to be made on the same day or in the same month. Example: you decide to use it to visit an exhibition at BOZAR in May, the Boghossian Foundation in June and the the Maison Autrique in July.
    • Please note that it’s not possible to visit the same museum more than once with your Brussels Card Discovery. Example: you cannot visit two times the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium with your Brussels Card Discovery.
    • You can choose to include the Atomium option in your Brussels Card at the time of purchase. There are two advantages: you get a 25% discount on the full price and you avoid the first queue at the cash desks. Just go straight to the entrance gates of the Atomium and scan the QR code on your Brussels Card to enter.
    • If you want to use the discounts included in your Brussels Card Discovery, simply hand over the corresponding discount voucher to the partner staff. You will find the discount vouchers in the email confirmation in case you bought the card online or you will receive them at one of the Visit Brussels information offices in case you bought the card there.
    • If you would like to get a free Museum Map and City Map, you can collect them from one of the Visit Brussels information offices on presentation of your Brussels Discovery Card.
    • In compliance with the rules of social distancing, each museum has established a maximum number of visitors. It is therefore strongly recommended, and sometimes compulsory, to book your visit in advance. For more information, please consult the web page of the museums you would like to visit. Museums offer the "Brussels Card" option at € 0 at the time of booking. Please also note that wearing a mask is compulsory in the museums.
    • The Brussels Discovery Card is non-refundable if not used. If the museums are closed again due to the health crisis during the period of validity of the Brussels Discovery Card, the card will be extended by the number of days corresponding to the closure.
