Support funds to get back on track, or: how you can always count on Brussels!

Tourism operators in the Brussels-Capital Region, managers of tourist, cultural and heritage attractions, actors from the artistic and cultural scenes, event venues, event organisers, ... visit.brussels and the Brussels-Capital Region are here to support you!

The relaunch plan for the tourism, cultural and events sectors - so vital to our capital - has been finalised with actors from the sector. Since June, five support funds - totalling €5,000,000 - have been available to financially support your short-term customer-centric recovery projects.

What is it, who is it for, how much is available, how, when and on what terms? Don't delay! Applications for financial assistance must be received by September 2020 to receive the aid before the end of the year. Discover below a summary by fund, direct links to their descriptions and calls for projects.

These funds are accessible on a case-by-case basis. Each fund has its own eligibility criteria and timetable. Projects meeting the eligibility criteria will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Only one project can be submitted per fund (with the exception of the Support Fund for congresses, meetings, B2B events), but these different funds can be combined (an operator can submit different projects for the various funds).

Do you have questions? Join us for the “Funds special” virtual discussion every Friday in August 2020

Is my project eligible? How can I turn my bid into a winning project? What can I learn from the other bids submitted? Join us to discuss this and more, every Friday in August, from 10:00 to 11:00.
