Chicago Southside rapper, producer, and designer, Chief Keef, has already heavily influenced the hip hop and fashion community at the age of only 21 years old. Already well-known through word of mouth, he then blew up as a YouTube Phenomenon, his music career growing immensely. His song “Bang” was released on YouTube with over 12 million views in 2011, and Keef’s grind didn’t just stop there. Chief Keef began his hip hop career at the age of 15. His rap music deeply roots back to his life growing up on the streets of the Southside of Chicago. His highly anticipated single " I Don’t Like" led to signing with Interscope Records and allowing the entire world to experience “drill music”, a term Keef coined. The song and video’s popularity led to super-producer Kanye West creating a remix featuring himself, Big Sean, Pusha T and Jadakiss. Sosa’s focus, strive and determination led to him becoming the CEO of his own record label Glory Boyz Entertainment also known as Glo Gang. Chief Keef debuted his first album Finally Rich in 2012 and Bang 3 which was released in 2015. His music career developed even more buzz when he collaborated with 50 Cent, Young Jeezy, Gucci Mane, French Montana, A$AP Rocky and many more. He is in the works of producing for several artists with a major focus on the Glory Boyz. His “Glomogi” app is launching in Winter 2016 with his highly anticipated project titled “Two Zero One Seven” set to release New Years Day 2017. Chief Keef created a platform that many can't say they have accomplished and for that his already massive impact is just only the beginning.
