Die Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen

10/12/2017 - 10/12/2017

The Estonian conductor Paavo Järvi, artistic director of Die Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, delves into Viennese classical music, performing Schubert's Symphony N° 4, the most "serious" of his early symphonies, and written in the shadow of Haydn's "Sturm und Drang" period. We will have the pleasure of welcoming back the Israeli pianist Boris Giltburg, who won First Prize in the 2013 Queen Elisabeth Competition. The pianist is the dedicatee of a BOZAAR "portrait" this season, during which Giltburg is focusing on Shostakovich, his favourite composer.
