History and folklore of Evere municipality

The Evere Municipal Museum, installed in a one hundred year old building, preserves the memories of this entity located in the north east of Brussels and presents the history of the municipality from the Middle Ages to the present day. The museum’s archives recount the economic, traditional, political, religious and community life of Evere, which for a long time remained a village marked by farming activity.
