27/10/2017 - 27/10/2017

Arab writers have often been at the forefront of the critical view adopted by their society of its political and religious representatives, sometimes being exposed to censorship or even prosecution by the courts, imprisonment and exile. The aim of this conference is to present a number of Arab writers who, through fiction or poetry, have contested power in all its forms.Third panel10:00: Elisabeth VAUTHIER (Université Lyon III): L’esthétique de la violence dans al-Ghulâma d’A.
