Children’s Museum

Pioneer in Europe, The Children’s museum finds its inspiration for its psychological and participative approach towards children’s awakeness in this Chinese saying.
In this educational environment, where playing has a key role, you won’t find computers nor video games. Stage settings and scenery, wooden toys, workshops are but some examples of the different means the Museum has put in place to help children in the discovery of the world that surrounds them, as well as themselves.

Every exhibition aims for a participative and playful approach of its theme in order to stimulate the interaction and dialogue between children and adults.

During the opening for the public we offer the chance to attend 5 different workshops. All these workshops are lead by members of our team Kitchen, art, Fairy tales, theatre workshops and Emile’s Place

During the Belgian school period, the Children’s Museum is opened on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. During the Belgian school holidays, the Museum is opened from Monday to Sunday from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
