Unisys Belgium - Computing Museum

The museum's numerous exhibits include the Burroughs machine:the first calculator/printing machine (weighing 37 kilos !), invented in 1886 by William Seward Burroughs; the first " portable " calculator, dating from the 1920s (7-8 kilos?); the 1921 " Moon Hopkins ", the first adding machine to use direct multiplication. One showcase is also devoted to the history of electronic memory.
