Seated yoga

The meditation in action Unique in Belgium: seated yoga. The mind is focused on the body posture and breathing movements. Self exploration comes through the discovery and release of physical tensions and psychological resistances. Seated yoga is a new technique which can be easily practiced at the office. These sessions both relax and invigorate their recipients, enabling them to return to work feeling both energetic and calm, and thus more creative and able to concentrate on the work of their teams.
