Coloured lasers create light effects and, thanks to the combination of smoke and wind, a colourful curtain that hangs above the ground. It’s a recreation of the northern lights, the aurora borealis. The famous optical phenomenon occurs due to charged particles that are carried by solar winds into the atmosphere on a course that is determined by the earth’s magnetic field. Underlight brings this wondrous natural phenomenon from the polar region to Brussels and increases the magical effect by combining it with sound.
