Workshop - The Power of the Personal Touch

In the age of ever-advancing digitalization in our professional and personal lives, is there even a place for human contact anymore? Representatives from associations both large and small say Yes and have the anecdotal evidence and membership engagement data to back it up. Presenters will share their strategies for face to face interactions, development of active communities among members, and cost-effective strategies for member engagement and loyalty.

Learner outcomes:

  • Consider the appropriate balance between your digital and personal member engagement strategies
  • Identify budget-friendly recruitment and engagement tools well-suited for smaller associations
  • Strengthen engagement by positioning the members themselves as experts and resources for one another
