Osborne Clarke Belgium is a fast-growing and dynamic firm of around 30 lawyers in the heart of Brussels. We regularly advise Belgian and international companies on their multi-service and cross-border matters. One of our key areas is not-for-profit.
We recognise that not-for-profits and charities face the same challenges as any other business. Increased regulation coupled with cost pressures make it tougher than ever for not-for-profit organisations to make their vital contribution to society. We understand the seriousness of the challenge and our not-for-profit team is passionate about supporting, advocating for and advising trade and lobbying associations, charities, hospitals, foundations and other national or international not-for profit organisations. As well as traditional legal support, we also offer services that add value to your organisation, such as legal updates, seminars and in-house training.
