Previously a two Michelin-starred chef, Khalil is unrivalled when it comes to creating the great classic of French patisserie with a personal touch. He works both as a chef at the Gardens of Aromates and at Bozar Brasserie where he creates desserts that compliment the cuisine of Karen Torosyan perfectly.
Khalil Mezni will be present Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
His signature dessert: Le Profiterole Gourmand (cracked choux pastry, traditional home-made praline, vanilla and bourbon ice cream)
