Whatever you do, don't talk to Minoru Seino about fusion cuisine. Seino serves French cuisine peppered with Japanese influences within the walls that saw Pascal Devalkeneer blossom in his day. On the plate is primarily an extremely personal touch, the result of the chef expressing himself as he goes off the beaten path. Seino offers the best of both worlds: French culinary heritage and the refinement of Japanese cuisine.

His signature dish: Smoked makerel sushi in red wine, grilled "Koji" pork belly, sesame caramel
Open from Monday to Saturday from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 9:30 pm. Closed on Sundays.
