Chefs - February/March

This Tram Experience winter menu will welcome the collaborating:

  • Jean-Philippe Watteyne - THE 1040

    Jean-Philippe Watteyne is a chef well-known to foodies, not only for his restaurant Re-Belge in Mons, but also for his participation in the TV shows TopChef (France) and Les Ambassadeurs (Belgium). He is joining the Tram Experience as a partner chef of "THE 1040" in Etterbeek. Passionate about the Belgian terroir, he glorifies it in a repertoire that is undeniably classic but contains delightful contemporary touches that let everyone discover or rediscover their roots during the meal.

  • Floris Panckoucke - Floris

    Floris Panckoucke started out in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Brunei***, Convent* and Chez Bru** before finally opening his own restaurant in Bruges called Floris. His philosophy is based on providing a balance between creativity, simplicity and identity on the plate. His flavours are simple but elegant in order to focus attention on the product. The Floris restaurant's menu is prepared according to the season and the market and respecting the product and its farmers, fishermen or growers.

  • Damien Gorjanec et François Schepen - Les potes au feu

    Friends Damien Gorjanec and François Schepens have created a restaurant that reflects their passion, based on fresh and seasonal products but also on a friendly atmosphere. After having worked in various restaurants in Namur and around the world (United States, Asia, Canada), they are delighted to welcome you to their restaurant "Les potes au feu", which is nestled at the foot of the citadel of Namur.

  • Their instructions are then carried out by our chef caterer Thibault Granville (Taste Great) who prepares and finishes the recipes on board.
