WAMBO — French-Language Songs Without Borders Words that capture our times, a distinctive voice and rhythms that make you move: welcome to the world of WAMBO. Born Manuel Wandji, this French-Cameroonian artist is a singer, composer, musician and producer. After more than fifteen years with a career focused mainly on French-speaking Africa, he begins a new chapter in 2026 with a forthcoming album project that brings his French-language songwriting to the forefront. Drawing on his African roots, international pop and reggae, WAMBO creates songs that portray the people around us, explore social issues and question the future of our planet. His music gives meaningful lyrics and infectious rhythms equal space. Performing solo for this new project, he invites audiences to step into his stories, sing along and dance.
