After the radio hits "Babies In The World", "Fire" and "August" in the 90s, Pieter-Jan De Smet decided to perform and make records under the name PJDS. On his own label Beuzak he released three more albums (2002: "Light Sleeper" / 2003: "Suits You" / 2011: "Homebrew") and in 2005 a compilation entitled "Away From God And Far From The Action" was released.

After wandering through all kinds of projects, it was time to make a new PJDS record in 2018. Siren was recorded with Teun Verbruggen, Mirko Banovic, Roland Van Campenhout and Frederik Segers. With the same musicians, completed by Gilles Vandecaveye-Pinoy, the PJDS attacked the AB. The thick 4-star HUMO review after their concert in the AB confirms it: the PJDS live is even more impressive than on disc.

Moreover, the quartet did not remain inactive in the disastrous year 2020 and a successor was recorded for Siren. This new repertoire can be heard in Walter.

Due to COVID19 we will organise an online streaming of all the Walter-concerts between January and the end of May 2021.
From the moment we're allowed to host a real audience, the Safe 'N Sounddays will be live and very intimate concerts, only 25 people allowed each set. The eight o'clock concert will get a live streaming for those of you enjoying the music at home.

It's Walter's way to open up your ears and relaunch safe and intimate live concerts in 2021. By buying a ticket for this concert (series) or the streaming, you are directly supporting all musicians envolved.
