With one restaurant in Brussels and another in New-York, Rouge Tomate bases its cooking on the SPE nutritional charter, which includes balanced recipes designed both by chefs and dieticians. Note that the wine list is the work of Pascaline Lepeltier, runner-up as France’s best sommelier in 2008.
