Slow Food: Quality on our plates

Goûter Bruxelles aims to showcase another side of Brussels, as an eco-gastronomic capital with a wide range of diverse resources. It’s brimming with great things to eat, top places to dine, not to mention stores and markets laden with fantastic products. It’s also a city where ‘eating well’ increasingly means ‘eating healthily’…

All year long, Goûter Bruxelles brings together ambassador restaurateurs who feature local, in-season and high-quality products on their menus. For the 2014-2015 season, 25 chefs have received a label from Slow Food Brussels. They can be spotted at the entrance by the easy-to-recognise logo for Slow Food 2015. Goûter Bruxelles also shines a spotlight on producers and processors, notably during the WEEK OF TASTES , typically held in September. This event includes a wide range of activities.
