Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie offers dedicated reception and event rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 400 guests. All the rooms have been refurbished in 2019 and are furnished with up– to–date technical and audiovisual equipment. All our conference and meeting rooms boast a Bose sound system and HD laser light projectors. Some of the conference rooms and the luminous coffee break area benefit from natural daylight.

The 91-restaurant offers an elegant, contemporary setting. In the kitchen, the chef, Sébastien Lemmens, offers a modern range of dishes inspired by happy combinations of flavours from home and abroad and totally in phase with this pretty interior decoration.
