Gabriela Ruseva is an expert is EU project management and policy advocacy. She works for ALL DIGITAL since 2014 where she designs proposals and manages EU-funded projects on digital inclusion, education, social innovation, coding, employability, media literacy, etc. She also leads the advocacy activities of the organisation. She monitors policy developments at EU level, coordinates members' interests, writes position papers and promotes ALL DIGITAL's messages at consultations, working groups and events.
Before joining ALL DIGITAL, she worked on EU projects at Diogene, a Brussels-based cultural association (Creative Europe, EuropeAid).
She has solid background in education and training. Before joining the non-profit sector she worked as youth policy expert at the Bulgarian Ministry of Education, Youth and Science and at the European Parliament Research Service.
