Through a participative and friendly workshop, a qualified zythologist will guide you through the 5 generations brewing tradition of the family of Omer Vander Ghinste. You will then learn how to pour a perfect OMER. Traditional Blond beer, a top fermented beer with a secondary fermentation in the bottle, brewed according to an original recipe. Like each ingredient in a dish, each beer has its own specific flavor accents ranging from sour, sweet, salty and bitter to dry, spicy and fruity. To conclude your experience, the zythologist will initiate you to subtle and original combinations of beer and gastronomy pairing.
