Located in the heart of the Marolles, Broebbeleir is a traditional Belgian « Friterie » that offers handcut fresh fries cooked in beef fat, succulent hamburgers and of course a fine selection of Belgian craft beers on tap and in bottles.
The restaurant has a hundred inside seats and more than 150 outside just a few meters away from the famous « place du jeu de balle » which inspired Hergé in his famous album "The secret of the Unicorn", where we can see Tintin buying the ship.
Come & try our menu while enjoying this amazing view overhanging one of the oldest and most traditional brusseleir flea market, the restaurant is located in the former fire station built by Joseph Poelaert in 1860, it will remain in operation until 1982 and will be reassigned in housing, art shops and food shops in 2013.
